Product Description
Water ring granulator production line features:
1. High degree of automation, only one person feeding to the conveyor belt, achieving a direct transformation from waste plastics to finished pellets;
2. The finished product has high quality, no bubbles, full and round; beautiful appearance, the shape is round, and the size and thickness can be adjusted;
3. Forced feeding device, main machine and pelletizer are controlled by frequency converter;
4. The screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAl material, and the surface is treated by nitriding hardening, and the service life is long;
5. The granulation line directly circulates the water on the die head, and the horizontal or vertical water ring can be used. After the water is cooled, it enters the centrifugal dewatering machine, and then is sent to the storage bin by the fan, and there is no problem of broken wire;
6. There are drains and vacuum pumps on the barrel, draining and exhausting to ensure the quality of the particles;
7. The granulation line does not stop the hydraulic network changing device. There is a pressure sensor on the die to change the net. The network change does not need to stop, and the network changing speed is convenient and quick.
