Application:

Low-smoke halogen-free cable material, excellent flame retardant performance, low smoke when burning, no corrosive gas escape, widely used in nuclear power plants, subway stations, telephone exchanges and computer control centers, high-rise buildings, hotels, radio and television stations, Important military facilities, oil platforms, etc., as well as places where people are concentrated and air density is low.

(1) Tensile strength is larger than general PVC wire: general PVC wire tensile strength is greater than 1.05Kgf/mm2, while low-smoke halogen-free wire tensile strength is greater than 1.2Kgf/mm2;

(2) Has good weather resistance (-30 ° C ~ 105 ° C);

(3) Good softness (hardness 80-90);

(4) It has non-shifting property (because there is no plasticizer added in the formulation of this product, there will be no shape shifting);

(5) No toxic black smoke will be produced when burning (a small amount of white smoke will be produced);

(6) It has a high volume resistivity: PVC wire is generally 1012~1015Ω/cm3, and low-smoke halogen-free wire is more than 1016Ω/cm3;

(7) Has good high pressure resistance: PVC wire is generally resistant to 10KV or more, and low-smoke halogen-free wire is up to 15KV or more;

(8) Has good elasticity and viscosity.
