Product Description
In twin screw extrusion processing, the raw materials may be solids (powders, granulates, flours), liquids, slurries, and possibly gases by different feeding machines like twin taper feeder, twin screw metering feeder, side feeder etc. Extruded products are plastics compounds and pellets, chemically modified polymers, plastic profile etc So twin screw extruder has most extensive application of plastic industrial such as filling, masterbatch, blending, reinforcing, polyreaction, coating, cable compounding etc.
Twin screw extruder can produce the granules with different cutting parts. They include water cooling noodles cutting, air cooling die face cutting, water loop cutting, underwater cutting etc.
Twin screw extruder with underwater pelletizing line is widely applied because of pelletizing process into the water, especially better for those TPE, TPR, TPU, PP and other hot melt.
