Plastic Color Masterbatch Pelletizing Production Line :
Masterbatch (MB) is a pigment additive into plastic used for coloring plastics (color masterbatch) or high ratio filling powder mixing into plastics (filler masterbatch), or imparting other properties to plastics (additive masterbatch). Masterbatch is a concentrated mixture of pigments, powder and/or additives encapsulated during a heat process into a carrier resin which is then cooled and cut into a granular shape.
Filler Masterbatches are extensively used in the production of Tube extusion, blown film extrusion, injection & blow molding,raffia woven sacks, non woven, extrusion coating and many more applications. Filler masterbatches reduces cost and modify products properties. Generally speaking, the filler masterbatch has two components, one is plastic resin, called carrier. The other is inorgnic powder, called filler.

Filler masterbatch processing has multiple method and machines design. The dispersion is most important factor we should consider. Dispersion can be in kneader, twin screw extruder, or both.
