Process principle:

PLA corn starch material → single screw extruder: raw material melt plasticization → quick change filter → extrusion die forming extrusion → vertical three roll calender → cooling setting device → trimming mechanism → traction Transfer → automatic tension winding

All main motors of machine use Variable Frequency Motor(AC), eliminating three-phase asynchronous motors;
